  A good place to buy a vehicle but they have poor record keeping and communication. But after a lot of fuss they got me a deal. Which im thankful for but the while thing could have been avoided.

  My experience with Westcastle Motors was excellent. I am picky and ask a lot of annoying questions but was made to feel comfortable doing so. A positive and friendly reception from sales to the business office. I swore I wouldn't purchase but they offered me an excellent deal on a maintenance plan that I couldn't resist and that has worked out great for me. I would recommend Westcastle to anyone looking for a vehicle new or used.

  Just traded my car for truck at WESTCASTLE, was never a fan of dealerships, but the truck I wanted was on their website. So, I drove in, checked out the truck, really liked the shape of it, and went inside. The salesperson, Roxanne, was friendly,but more importantly for me, NOT pushy, sat and chatted, I took truck for test ride. Came back and talked price, trade in value, and came to a very fair agreement. I was a bit surprised at the very relaxed atmosphere, If your happy, buy it, if not, what can we do, if anything.. ..

  Roxann and Jose in sales were awesome to work with while deciding on my new GMC pickup. Keith was great too. Darcy in service was a great help while a bit of accessorizing happened. Cant forget Jillian either, thanks so much.
