  Fix It Auto is absolutely useless, and they should be ASHAMED of the work they obviously seem to consider as suitable.

  Not only have they had the vehicle for nearly 2 month (55 days so far), they have done their best to make excuses for their awful service rather than step their game up. After the first week of them having the vehicle they hadn't done a thing. Their excuse was that they had no idea why the car had been sitting there (despite the insurance company having assured that Fix It had received the claim) and that they couldn't find the key (despite the fact that someone had taken the key out of the car the second day it was parked in front of their shop). They then assured that the car would be fixed in two weeks, but the day it was to be done they said the had only just received the parts (despite the fact that garages can overnight order parts and it should have taken 4 days, tops). They then assured that the car would be finished Thursday the following week, a due date that they then moved to a week later (on the day the it was supposed to be finished), and then moved that date AGAIN to a week later, and then (after the insurance company had to call them) they said the car would be finished this week (another 4-6 days later) between Monday and Wednesday. My brother told them that he would pick the car up today (Friday) because he had the day off. We arrived this afternoon only to have them tell us that the car was not finished and that it still needed bulbs and headlights, and that it MIGHT be done by the end of the day (5pm, close).

  They called him around 2pm, and when the car was picked up they said it needed to be brought back Monday for them to finish.

  My brother hit a deer on the highway and Fix It Auto was recommended to him for the repairs. Unfortunately, we had no idea how atrocious the service at this garage was going to be.

  If all of that absolutely unaccecptable nonsense weren't enough, they scratched up one of the parts they had just replaced, broke another part, and bent his key (which they feigned complete innocence towards and then had the audacity to ask if the key had been that way when the car was dropped off!). On top of that, we just discovered that one of the headlights doesn't even works.
